A scientist from Het Groene Brein discusses the changing roles of logistics service providers and their impact on repair. Rik de Vette, Innovation Lead at PostNL, shares PostNL’s ambitions and pilot projects in this area and facilitates a workshop on the question: “How can we use (digital) infrastructure and logistics to enable a repair infrastructure?”
