Get ready for the second talk in our autumn series at CML, 'Science for Change' where Dr. Norbert Peeters is invited to discuss the Ecosystems of the Future on Wednesday 4 November at 4:00 PM.

Is nature restoration even possible? Drawing on his work on invasiveness and environmental philosophy, he will look at the futures we might choose through human intervention, and the part science can play in shaping them. Expect a thought-provoking afternoon that challenges how we see our contribution as environmental scientists. After the lecture, there will be opportunity for a discussion, drinks and snacks!

The event is open to anyone who is interested: bachelor's and master's students, lecturers, PhD candidates, professors or simply anyone with an interest in the topic.
