Continuing the events of the Academic Network, The Hub Towards a Circular Economy and Society from Utrecht University and the LDE Center for Sustainability invite PhD researchers to the first PhD focused event of the Academic Network held during the Dutch week of circular economy on February 10: The Circular Economy PhD Network Event
Through this introduction and matchmaking event the Academic Network aims to form an active Circular Economy PhD Network. The goal is to identify key areas of interest and connect efforts of researchers from the different Dutch Universities on the various aspects of circularity. This event is the first step for PhD researchers to get acquainted with each other's field of work with the aim of increasing knowledge exchange and collaboration.
In the coming months, different types of events and activities will be held so that PhDs can connect with fellow researchers. These meetings will have different goals with either a more general view so that interdisciplinary groups can be built with researchers working on different topics, or thematic events where discussions can be focused on specific topics.
