Food for Thought

Start date
End date

On Friday 29th of October, we will be hosting our event ‘Food for Thought’ in collaboration with Erasmus Sustainability Hub where there will be a free vegan lunch at the Hub and discussion around the food politics of two local companies.

We will be joined by Anne Sonnleitner & Tessa Overboom who started the company Potjes & Deksels, a waste free grocery van that visits Rotterdam and Capelle aan den IJssel. Passers by can visit the van/store with their own jar, container or tupperware and get their fill of waste-free groceries close to their home.

The second company that will be joining us is Wilder Land! A regenerative tea company started by Daan van Diepen and Matthijs Westerwoudt when pondering over how to stimulate Dutch biodiversity. During the lecture, you can taste the teas and learn more about their work!

Spaces for the event in person at the Erasmus Sustainability Hub have now been filled but you can sign up for the waiting list or follow online.

Join us for good food, chatter and hopefully some insightful discussions.
