Cooking with an Expert

‘Cooking with an expert’ is a new series of events where we as Centre for Sustainability Students collaborate with the Erasmus Foodlab. The aim of this concept is to combine education with a sustainable cooking workshop in an innovative context. Each session is led and centered around a guest speaker and their field of expertise. We invite everyone to join us, since we want to create an engaging workshop where people can network and learn new things, outside of their study program or workspace.

We are happy to announce that our first speaker will be Hale Cetinay, an expert of the circular economy coming especially from Leiden. She will discuss the potential and challenges of a circular economy, and introduce her own research.

This session is created in collaboration with the Centre for Sustainability Students, a student initiative aiming to help students start a sustainable career.

After a short presentation of our guest speaker, the group will be divided in two, where one will start with a discussion and the other group creates a delicious plant-based dinner with the help of the Erasmus Food Lab. After the groups have changed, we will have dinner together, where everyone has the possibility to continue the discussion.

If you want to join, register here to ensure your spot:
