Join LUGO (Leiden University Green Office) for the official opening of the Schouwburgstraat Community Garden! After extensive redesign efforts focused on increasing biodiversity and enhancing its beauty, the garden is ready to be unveiled to the community.
The vision behind this project is to create a space where the Schouwburgstraat community can come together to nurture and enjoy nature. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or simply appreciate green spaces, this garden offers an opportunity for everyone to connect with nature and each other.
On May 8th, starting at 15:00, come celebrate with LUGO and witness the result of their labor alongside fellow volunteers and supporters. The opening event will feature a presentation highlighting the garden's transformation, followed by complimentary drinks and snacks for all attendees.
