Last Sunday saw our Centre for Sustainability student board host their bicycle event "Fix Your Ride" in Leiden! The bike repair workshop allowed students to roll in with their bikes in need of some TLC (Tender Loving Care) and work through the issues with several bike repair experts. The afternoon passed with students learning, watching and helping with the process of getting their bikes back on the road, as opposed to abandoning them for a newer model! The board was delighted to see Leiden students learning ways to keep their bikes alive and keep that wheel of circular economy spinning!
