Meet Jenna Robertson
Founder of Gaia's Evolution
Jenna Robertson is the founder of Gaia's Evolution, a regenerative leadership and culture development practice working with purpose-led founders, executives, creatives, teams, and organisations. Jenna has worked with leaders - especially founders and CEOs - in Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, UK, Nigeria and USA.
Her approach draws on living systems science, depth psychology, somatic practice, and animistic and decolonial perspectives to help leaders and organisations move from burnout to genuine thriving.

A path shaped by many systems
Jenna's background does not follow a single line. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from Heriot-Watt University and spent her early career in engineering innovation project management, as well as leadership facilitation in the energy sector.
For seventeen years she also worked in arts and culture in Australia as an internationally award-winning singer and executive in cultural leadership, where she toured extensively and was shaped through experiences with Aboriginal Elders and the land. Since 2020, she has been fully engaged in regenerative leadership and culture work, bringing all of those worlds, as well as years of doctoral research, with her.
That breadth is what allows her to merge the creative and the scientific, the emotional and the practical. She holds the complexity of what leaders and organisations are actually navigating with ease, and works with the whole system rather than a slice of it.
The work
Gaia's Evolution works with purpose-led leaders and organisations who are ready to move beyond sustainability and mechanistic culture towards regeneration. That means reconnecting with the creative, living systems intelligence that is already present in every human being and every organisation, and allowing that to shape how leadership, culture, and strategy are practised.
The name Gaia's Evolution is deliberate. The name reflects a fundamental regeneration foundation: that humans, and the organisations we build, are living systems, not machines. And when we align with the intelligence of living systems, we evolve.
In practice, the work takes many forms: one-to-one regenerative leadership coaching, leadership programs, circles and workshops, keynotes, creative facilitation, and team and culture projects. The thread running through all of it is a commitment to relational, emergent work that moves with what is actually needed.
Writing and thinking
Jenna is a published author, with a book chapter on Regenerative Decolonisation and Cultural Reconnection appearing in Giles Hutchins' Keys to Future-Fit Leadership. She is also making a documentary on her own decolonisation and cultural reconnection experience.
Her thinking draws on the Gaia Transformation Method, her own framework grounded in living systems, creative practice, depth psychology, somatic practice, and animistic and decolonial perspectives.
Where she is now
